Take a Lot is a ****!!!!

I bought a defective item. They refused to replace or refund. I see that there are many complaints about their service and they are very *************. I suggest that we all get together and take them to court. Please email me at ***(at)gmail(dot) com so that we can sort them out once and for all. They seem to just don't care and they don't respond.
