Take-a-lot has no management / Service

Purchased a UPS that has a year guarantee it failed at 8 months so I requested a return The unit has not been picked up and they marked it concluded I again asked for it to be picked up they escalated the issue and said I must return it to the manufacturer I do not have a contract with the manufacturer my contract is with Take a lot They should be responsible I the on numerous occasions requested management to contact me to no avail VERY BAD SERVICE
