Take a lot has done it again, starting to get annoyed.
Hi Everyone, It's me again here with a take a lot issue. I posted a few weeks ago on how I had a celle phone order replacement issue which was resolved by take a lot and I received a new phone.
Unfortunately it has happened again and am highly annoyed how take a lot is not vetting thier 3rd party vendors. I received my Huawei Pura70 last week Thursday to which I went into the Huawei app to claim my free ear pods and watch. To my shock a message came up to say that the IMEI number of my brand new phone has already been registered.
I then got on the phone with Huawei on Monday to investigate this issue only for them to come back to me today to say the free gift has already been claimed in October I only got my phone last week what is going on. Take a lot I need this sorted out can someone get hold of me please.
It's been a while as I am having a battle with take a lot yet again they do not want to take ownership of not vetting thier vendors who are claiming free gifts on purchases before the customer ever gets thier phone. They are now trying to get the phone collected which doesn't need to be so that the seller can evaluate it. Which means I will then not be able to get the same phone at the discount I got in November online. I'm not prepared to do that. Take a lot needs to vet thier vendors and make sure they are not doing illigal things before allowing in the platform. Prior to this phone the phone I also got through take a lot was sold to me illigally. This time the company is Phone accessories that registered my IMEI number yo claim the Huawei free watch and ear pods. 3 weeks before I even received the phone. Sounds shady to me. Take a lot I'm waiting for you to take ownership and sort this out yet again.!!!
