Take a lot has bad after sale service.

I ordered a PS4 remote as xmas gift. Received in in Nov and kept it in the box untill Xmas eve. Big was my child's disappointment when he opened it and it was a PS4 remote. I immediately locked a return and they told me via e mail I cannot return it. I phoned after Xmas and the promised to send me a mail to return it. I had to send photos of the remote and box I received it in. I never received the mail. I phoned again 2 days later same story no mail. I feel it's their mistake they send me the wrong stuff. I paid for it. Really bad service... They send me daily mails on specials. But service after sales are very bad.
