Take a lot, give zero service

BEFORE YOU BUY FROM TAKALOT.COM READ THIS

They have absolutely NO aftersales service. If you are fine with taking the risk at buying something and not getting your moneys worth or have any form of security, go for it.

Here are some insight, sent back a faulty item on the 5th of November, was promised that ill have coms in 2-3 days, never a single word for over 2 weeks, I have had to follow up, beg, try and phone, send numerous emails and revert to making posts like these. They have NO regard for customer satisfaction post sale.

I got notified today after waiting over 2 weeks that my item is being inspected whoch will take up to 3 days and then get a refund another 5 days after that.

If you want this type of treatment go for it. Cant wait for Amazon to come to SA, Takelot, your name says it all, Take a lot, give nothing. It's a shame that I have to result to posts like this.

Better yet, they started blocking me on social media to prevent me from sharing my experience. Thats absolutely shocking
