Take a lot, give nothing
I have two orders I placed with takealot, one last week, one the week before<br> Order number *** and order ***. Both orders shipped friday, 13 November to be delivered monday, 16 November.<br> <br> I phoned this morning and promises was made for delivery before 1 pm. Then it was before 3 pm. It's now 15:50 and still no delivery. These two orders are now more than a day late! I leave work in 10 minutes time.

We apologise that we did not deliver on the promised delivery date and for messing you around by changing the delivery times. As discussed we'll make sure that the relevant departments are informed about this so that the necessary corrective action can be taken. We'll also instruct the relevant courier branch to look into the delivery time stamps on their orders to ensure that these reflect actual delivery times.
We appreciate the opportunity to address and resolve this matter with you. We'll do our best to ensure a more pleasant experience next time around.
