Take a lot for nothing

<div>So in 2024 we bought our son a phone from take a lot. Not long after he started complaining about the phone heating up really bad. Seeing as he’s not with us during the year we waited for him to come home and take the matter up with take a lot. Which we did in December. Not only have we been messed around by them on a continuous basis we have now also been informed that the damage caused to the phone is due to us as there is physical damage to the phone. Their physical damage are slight chip marks on the side of the phone which is just ur normal wear and tear of a phone. These are minimal and not the reason the phone was sent to them. The reason: Please can someone explain to me how u can curve a phone without breaking the screen. Have to see it to believe it. No explanation from anyone. They just dropped the phone off with some random dude at my work gate and tell him to bring it in to me. I mean really. Is this the service they provide. I will be taking this matter further. They take a lot of ur money but give u no service what so ever. And this is not the first time im having this issue with them. Theyrip their customers off and enough is enough.</div>
