TAKE A LOT FOR GRANTED INCLUDING YOUR MONEY

Takealot is a ****. I bought Jbl EarPods earlier this year and after a month and a half i experienced a battery issue cause even after charging for hours they couldn’t last for long. I returned the product and asked for replacement. They claim to have replaced them. Then I use them for few months again and I experienced the same battery issues. Oh Now that I want a refund and not a replacement they claim I have damaged them. I asked for a damage report and they couldn’t provide one. How can you conclude that I damaged the EarPods without doing a damage report!!! What kind of a business is Takealot involved in? I have been waiting for almost two months to get an objective diagnosis and even after sending numerous emails to their consultant I am no where near a conclusion.
