Take a lot false advertising

On 9th May l ordered 2 items from take a lot. On 10th May l made cash payment at bank and got confirming e mail that they got my payment, and l should expect delivery by 22 May as 1 of the items is being shipped from Jhb. On 13th May l got SMS to expect delivery on 14th between 8am and 5pm. Delivery arrived 14th but only 1 item arrived. I argued with delivery person opened parcel in front of him in case there were 2 items in box. I sent them an e mail and got response order had been canceled as supplier has no stock but when l click on item on line they have it only price is up. They say it's from different supplier. They say my money is in account and can use it to buy next shopping. This is not 1st nor 2nd time this has happened. When l ask to talk to their manager they say it's not their fault it's the supplier to blame.
