Take a lot failure to keep to their agreements

bad experience this time, promised to deliver my dishwasher on Monday, 26 November 2018. waited whole day, only to get sms around 10pm attempted to deliver but couldn't. phoned on Tuesday, now they could only do the reschedule on Wednesday for delivery Thursday. so again I took a days unpaid leave and waited the whole day. every time I phoned call centre, driver was either in midrand, then roodepoort and promised to deliver at 9pm. seconds after that call, got the the sms again - attempted to deliver but couldn't. this morning I see on app, recipient not available to take delivery! I cannot believe this service! never have problem with take a lot - always buy from them. now, wasted 2 days unpaid from work and loads of air time! still waiting for my dishwasher!
