Take a Lot Fail

I have been trying to return a patio set since October last year, but they have refused to collect it as it was assembled. I paid someone to assemble the table and I don’t have tools to disassemble it. I sent numerous emails asking if I could take it back assembled, but was ignored. So eventually after trying every angle I take it back to be told it’s now out of warranty and they refuse to accept the return. I have emails with my request, but you can’t speak to anyone about it. Quick to take your cash, but can’t assist
