TAKE A LOT Extremely BAD SERVICE

I bought a book from Take a lot. They used my credit I had with them from a previous book they did not deliver. This book is more epensive. I paid in . They refuse to help me at Take a Lot Secunda because my phone can not open my e-mail. They did not once tell me I have to have a phone that can open my e-maiil. When I called Take a lot the lady on the phone was extremely rude, and said she can not help me . They dont give back your money, but want to credit my account AGAIN....but I still can not buy something with the credit, because they never hand me the items....because of my type of phone? The lady refused to pay back my money and put the phone down while I was speaking to her.
