Take a lot does not deliver correct items!!!

I bought a product, they made me wait almost 2 to 3 weeks to receive the product and to my suprise it was the incorrect item. I requested a replacement and when the second one came it was wrong again! I then requested another replacement and the same thing happened. Then they just refunded the money to the app. This made me really upset! I really want the product, the said in the email that there is not any stock available of that product, but when you look it up you can find them! And it says there is stock! When I saw that I was furious. Not happy at all.
