Take a lot & disappoint a lot

I bought an item on 23 Jan, expected delivery date was 27 Jan. This got moved to 3 Feb. It is now 14th and there is still no movemement. Takealot refuses to refund me and keep on telling me that they are escalating to their deliveries departement. Very poor customer service and a very disappointing breach of trust. Order no ***
