Take A Lot DELIVERY SUCKS!

I placed my order for next day delivery which i was charged R70 for. Today is the 15th my order should be delivered today but yet it has not even been shipped yet. Tomorrow is a public holiday and my delivery address is for my work, so if they dont deliver today they wont be able to deliver this weekend due to it being a long weekend. BUT WHY DO I GET CHARGED FOR A SERVICE BUT DONT RECEIVE THE SERVICE! I phoned takealot just so that they can tell me the parcel might not be delivered today even after i paid for it to be delivered today! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER YOU SELLING ****** GOODS AND YET STILL ***** MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS AS I NEVER GET REFUNDED FOR LATE DELIVERIES EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY!
