Take a lot delivery

I have bought somethings from take a lot on 20 August 2021 and was due for delivery on the 4th September 2021.i have been receiving calls and sms to say they will deliver on that day from the 4th and I wait for them but they never came. Until today I have not received my things. Yesterday they said they will deliver and at 5 pm they called and said they don't deliver where I am staying I must come and collect it from their offices which I can't do because I have a newborn child and it not the 1st time I am buying from them and I have been receiving my things on the same address. I am really disappointed with their service and will never buy from them again.
