TAKE A LOT DELIVERY DRIVER

I have a very bad experience with Ignatious Marupi who delivered my parcels yesterday at my home address. Firstly he was rude on the phone, he called me at 13H23 I wasn`t able to answer the call but at 13H26 I returned the call he rudely said to me when he call I must answer I was trying to explain why I was not available but he kept on going on fighting me. I ended up asking him what will be the solution he said he left but he will go back. I then called the person that stays with me to go and collect the parcels but when she got there he was gone he left the parcels on the pavement what if they were ******? What he did is totally unacceptable the service from take a lot for me was the best but the driver has just spoilt it.
