Take A Lot Delivery

I placed an order on the 23rd Nov 2018. Courier company contacted me on the 03rd Dec to deliver but i advised the guy that am not home. I requested to schedule for Friday the 07th Dec which was never done. I then received an email advising that the delivery has been cancelled. I received an email on the 09th Dec from Tariq Fazil who advised that she'll send a request through to the courier to see if they can deliver the parcel.Then Tenika Christians sent an email on the 10th Dec saying "unfortunately once an order has been cancelled they are unable to reinstate the order". I never gave anyone permission to cancel the Order . I sent a complaint via email on the 10th Dec but no response till today.
