Take a lot delivers very little

I’m bused take a lot quite a lot and never had an issue , but ohh boy , when there is an issue , they really don’t know how to deal with it … I ordered a knife sharpening kit , only to receive two boxes of velvet coat hangers , not even close … when I called to ask for my original paid for and ordered items , they flatly refused and said I must perform a return process in which they must collect the items first , which doesn’t make any sense , I asked they send my items and when they deliver they can collect the useless coat hangers , so today they send the poor guy to Collect , but he is on a bike with a small box which can’t fit the larger retune box with coat hangers … can they get any more useless and pathetic… I still don’t have my sharpener and god knows when and if they will come right , I asked for a manger to call me and maybe use some common sense and send my goods then collect the round ones … maybe if they read about their disastrous service on hello Peter , they will wake up , one can only hope …
