Take a lot delivering used and broken items

If I was able to give a 0 rating I would. I am very disappointed in the service I received from Take a Lot. I ordered a walking ring for my grand daughter as a gift. It was delivered to my daughters work address and as she opened the walking ring she saw that it is a filthy, used walking ring which iss also broken. The seat had stains on looking like urine. The weels are black showing it was used a lot and the toy on top is filthy dirty and broken.

This is a total embarrassment as I did not purchase a second hand item at all.

When my daugter enquired, no response was received from Take a lot. When photos and a comment was posted on take a lot's page the post and photos were just removed without any feedback from Take a lot.

I will never purchase ANY THING ever again from take a lot and I will make sure the photos of what was received is posted on social media to warn all potential clients of the state of goods that is dispatched by Take a lot.
