Take a lot delivering products the customer didn't order

I ordered Loadshedding rechargeable light bulbs on Take a Lot and normal 9w LED bulbs were delivered which is not what was advertised at the time of purchase. Logged a query to return the product and was requested to send pictures via email. Sent the pictures. My request was then "concluded" and cancelled without any action from Take a lot. Now im sitting with useless bulbs that i didn't even order
