Take a lot, deliver nothing

Im so irritated and disgusted. I ordered an item yesterday 07/09/2022 for collection at Kempton Park pickup point for next day 08/09/2022. paid for the item including "shipping" charge. Got email that my parcel is ready for collection. operating hours is 8h00-19h00.I arrived there at 18h00,only to find that there is no one in the building, all doors locked. phone customer service twice with over 20 minutes of holding without assistance. no communication conveyed that they perhaps they will be closing early. To think that how urgent my item is and was so inconvenienced, because I missed an important online meeting. I must drive again the next day, wasting my time and fuel. what a disgrace of a service provider.
