TAKE A LOT DECODER

I bought a takealot decoder, it never worked, I returned it within two days for an exchange, the have rejected my return request because “ Multi choice have requested that takealot should not facilitate with their returns, customers must contact with multi choice directly ". I did a purchase with takealot not with multichoice, now I want my refund I don’t want an exchange anymore 😡😡😡
