Take a lot day light *******

Hi to all this may concern.

I hope your weekend was better than mine! I received my phone off take a lot on Friday. Was taking my phone to Vodacom as I was battling to get it started. I was on my friends driveway and my brand new phone fell off the roof of my car onto her brick driveway. Yes I understand if this was any other phone, it would definitely break. It did take quite a tumble down the driveway but is totally shattered, Gorilla glass…..I don’t think so. I am a woman not a construction worker, I did not drop it off a roof or into a pool of water for over half an hour. I am so upset!!!!

Please can you collect this phone and either refund me the total amount of this phone, I had a R500 voucher from Takealot. please come and pick up my phone and send me a replacement phone, with possibly a screen cover……I don’t quite know how to handle this situation but you can see the impact cracks and the whole phone is shattered. I am so disappointed. Anyway they will not replace my phone and are actually *****ing my money this is a crime. I will be taking this further this is disgusting customer service.

Looking forward to your reply, please understand I need to give back my work phone and will be without a phone so yes this is URGENT.
