Take A Lot Contact Centre

Call Centre Number just drops my call, even though I am calling between the hours they advertise??? I bought a Hi-Sense TV few months ago, now the speakers are making a strange noise, without real audio. I want to claim under guarantee...but its so frustrating not getting through to TakeALot.com
