Take a lot china shop

This is a online china market **** quality incompentant company with absolutely no service or quality. On numerous occasions they have delivered the wrong products, then while trying to return you get *********** people to assist you. After one hell of a struggle you finally get the to replace the order only to find that they send you the wrong stuff again. I placed an order for dining chairs x 12. After a month they only delivered 10 and the best of all, some of the chairs are completely different. How hard can it be to count to 12? And make sure they look the same.?
