Take a lot cancels if they are lost....

They can't find my address (that they have delivered to multiple times in the past) and decided to fix the problem by threatening to cancel my order. I could have easily assisted their driver if they had phoned and asked for help but the phone didn't ring once. They wrote this off and said the parcel was sent to the incorrect warehouse... when I can see on the tracking that it was sent to the correct one. They are definitely not what they used to be in terms of service or courtesy.
