Take a lot? But gives nothing in return

I have had three orders messed up in December 2022. The first was a gift for my daughter on her birthday on the 10th. It got lost and they made me wait until it was found and shipped back and I had re order from scratch which caused me to miss my daughter's birthday date. Second was for my son's birthday which is the 5th of Jan. I made sure all I ordered was in stock and would be delivered by the 4th. The pool was canceled but stock still reflected at R1000 more than the original price and then Two days later another price of R100 more than the original price. No-one made any effort to help me find an alternative or find a solution and due to time and budget constraints I had to make another plan and buy one from game which had a special on until 31st leaving very little time to action the purchase. I requested a refund and because it would take too long I had to borrow the money for the pool from game until I got the refund but have been informed that because it was a voucher they will not refund me even though I double checked with them before I bought the alternative pool that I would be refunded. Now I owe someone else money a a credit on takealot I don't need. The third order was two gifts that was also for my son. One arrived and the other suddenly out of stock (even though it said it was in stock at the time of purchase) not one person has called me back or even tried to assist Me. When I asked ti speak to someone in authority like a manager I was told that it would be actioned and I hear nothing. I'm so disappointed. I can't believe this us what takealot has been reduced to
