Take a lot blaming customers for their mishaps.

I bought items, as advertized by take a lot. Discription as follows: Bulk pack x3 500g Cadec gas canisters for R99. So I bought 2 of these bulk packs, meaning I should receive 6 gas canisters. It is printed this way on the invoice received from take a lot. They only delivered 2 canisters and refuse to give me the other 4. They subsequintly corrected it on their invoices and say that I have the wrong invoice. They just want to refund my money. I have spoken to 3 consultants, Shakeena, Moegammad and Sikwela, non seem to understand that I am not the one that made the mistake and I have not heard from them since I logged the query. Sad how I bought what was advertised and they say I am wrong and that my invoice is incorrect, yet all invoices received and adverts posted, is done by them. False advertising and calling their consumers ***** for their mistakes.
