Take A Lot beyond the Consumer Protection Act

When you purchase an item check the guarantee. I have had 2 experiences where I have returned an electrical item because it stopped working and the return has been rejected. The Consumer Protection Act states there is an imp**** guarantee that an item is free of defects for a reasonable time, Take a Lot is clearly beyond the constitution. Rather purchase an electric item from Clicks, Makro , Checkers etc, they will assess the item and give you options. Take a lot simply closes the door to the customer.
