Take A Lot believe they are above the law

Advertised goods online, which I ordered. Due date for delivery 13 July. On the 12 July received notification to state that they cancelled the order and would provide a credit. Using the credit, I ordered a second item of a higher value (different dictaphone), and paid in the difference. Again they cancelled the order. I requested that they please then give me at the same price an item of similar nature - take a lot refused to do so saying its not their problem that they cant get the item from their distributor. They then re-ordered the item again, and have not delivered because they cannot provide the item. I quoted section 30 and section 47 of the CPA to them, and they ignore it. They are blatantly using bait adverting to get people to purchase from them, and when they cannot supply, they offer a credit (not a refund). They are also accepting money for items they knowingly cannot provide. The exact same dictaphone is still being advertised on their site as being available, even though they cancelled my order without providing the goods.
