Take a Lot bad service

Placed an order for a replacement gazebo canopy. Received the first one and was cut through with a sharp knife. Requested a replacement which was received and once again the product was torn. Returned the product a day later requested account to be credited or refund. 15 days later no response. Thought their policy is 3-5 day promise.
