Take-a-lot bad service

I tried to pay for an order 3 times and it failed without any real reason for failure. I then called and I held for about 10 minutes without any response. When I finally got a response, the nice lady was prepared to take me through the whole payment process, using first Fast Pay then direct EFT. The issue is where she just leaves me there on the line and disappears! The next thing I get an e-mail from her saying she's escalating the proof of payment! I explained that this is urgent hence I will be collecting but the service is just not acceptable.
