TAKE A LOT - BAD CUSTOMERCARE

I have been ordering from Takealot frequently - Recently their service has deteriorated. They have returned and delivered the unwanted item 4 times over. AT the last collection, my receptionist in error handed over the incorrect parcel , she called the driver a few minutes later only to be told that he will return the incorrect parcel. 2 days later he has not arrived with the more expensive parcel only t be told that he has dropped it at the warehouse. Problem is - Takealot never answers the phone, they do not have an email address too log a complaint and worst of all I am sitting with their incorrect item and my lost parcel. Very DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!
