Take a lot are *******

Im not one to do this, but im at my wits end - as a review I'm asking more for the publics advice on this.

In September I bought a Grey Velvet Bed Base of the value of R12 499.00 from Take a lot, after 4 weeks the bed base broke and I logged a return after 3 failed attempts sending the right vehicle to fetch the bed (Its big and needs a truck - won't fit into a car) it was fetched however the return was declined, for no reason despite the 6 month warranty on the bed.

I accepted this, and asked for the bed to be returned to me as per take a lot policy - its been almost 2 months trying to get my bed back - I phone in every day asking what is going oand all I get is "we have logged your issue, and we will get back to you" no one ever gets back to me, no one can tell me where my bed is, what is going on or will I even get it back - email upon email I now just get zero response.

15.5 k is a lot of money and I refuse to just write it off - my only option now is to take the legal route, but lawyers will get more expensive, can I take take a lot to the small claims court?

Any advice from the public will be create, as I already know I won't get a response from take a lot
