Take a lot and their terrible service and disregard for sacrifices we make in this tough South African economy

I bought PS5 slim disc 2,5 weeks ago.When the driver delivered the parcel it was not sealed properly. The take a lot box was not sealed correctly and the actual Sony box had been opened and the control removed. I immediately told the driver to back to the warehouse with my parcel.The driver advised that I logg a query on the app but must not state that the parcel was opened when it arrived as he would loose his job. I reported all details of incident while the driver was in my house.2 weeks later I have not heard from take a lot since the 25 Feb when it arrived at the warehouse. I have been to to the Edenvale office the past 2 Fridays to enquire, I have emailed the CEO after calling the call center 20 x each time being told that they will escalate and to date no feedback.
