Take-a-lot and Payfast gone AWOL with my money

I order books from Take a lot on Sunday and paid immediately. I emailed proof of payment . I kept getting an email saying my order was not paid. I kept responding with the proof of payment. I got an email from Payfast saying I used wrong reference number and forward proof of payment which I sent again. On Tuesday the order was cancelled due to no payment. I emailed to get order reinstated and advised that I should reorder. I told them the prices have changed and requested refund and sent bank details. Payfast and Take a lot have gone AWOL and I don't know what to do next.
