Take a lot and dont deliver...*******
Bought items about a week ago and paid for and a week later items not delivered yet to date??? Then like an idiot decided to purchase again from take and not deliver a washing machine which was also paid for on the day of purchase only to get an email saying my product was not sourced and order canceled and believe this instead of crediting my account back my bank account these tools decided to credit my take alot account for future purchases lile really now do they think I will be an idiot again??? To ever buy from these tools again...???
Can someone who is competent and make decisions call me on *** urgently or immediately if you understand what 2 words means

10 Dec 2019, 14:34How about this after numerous calls all I get told is that I have to wait for my funds to reflect and can take up to 2 days, this is now bull ****, cos they sent me a mail saying one thing and they go and do something else ...cany speak to anyone in finance, apparently they dont have phones where they sit...I just cant believe what a Mickey mouse company take alot is...and here I thought these guys were quite reputable.....well I guess they are only good at ****ing there customers off......left my number for a so called manager to call me and will see how.long that takes....was promised a call from the agent before 2pm and looks like she missed that bus..it is now half hour later and still no call...
Well I guess I deserve all this stress for dealing with small minded companies like this...I expect service like this from the street vendors have to day even they have more customer service than take alot...
