Take a Lot

I ordered mascara through Take a Lot. Spoling myself with a Lancome product. It was delivered with no seal on the box or on the mascara itself. Mascara really unacceptable. Was dry. I have reported it to Take a Lot and have had no feedback. I have a mascara feom Este Lauder I bought more than a year ago and that still works 100% better than the mascara from Lancome. My suspicion is I was sold a demo mascara therefore no sealing of the product.
