Take a Lot Accident

Over a month ago 1 of their drivers knocked into me, I have not heard anything back since submitting the police report and images of my damages to take a lot, each and every time I am told it has been escalated, I do not understand how they can think it is OK to take this long! My car needs to be fixed but because they were not affected in anyway, they are ashes! It is not right that I am following up every time and getting no where!
