Take a lot

I bought a bestway max steelpro 76cm pool from you. Drained it and packed it away for the winter. Assembled it now for the summertime, had to buy new pump pipes as yours cracked. After fitting the newly bought pump pipes, filled the pool, just to find it empty an hour later. The inner lining tore and the pool is absolutely useless now!!!! Will you replace it or do I have to take this matter further????
