Take-a-lot

I bought 2 cartridges from take-a-lot. This morning my ink ran out I want to put the COMPATIBLE TONER CARTRIDGE in my Canon iSensys MF3010 printer that I bought from you but it does not fit. on the website it said the cartridges WILL fit my printer. It is impossible to get get in contact with a person at take-a-lot. If i try to log it and send it back it does not give me that option.
