Take a lot what a wow, when a purchase is made customers should be made aware of terms and conditions of purchase and guarantee clauses, but upon return of a purchase we are told that it's after 30 days and can't be returned, but you collected the items🤔🤢 purchase was made on 03/04/24 delivery was made on 06/04/24 request for refund was made on 09/05/24 and was collected on the 10/05/24, so does the 30 days include holidays and weekends or is it working days, We don't want a refund we want to get the correct items, the items returned are unused or damaged and can be resold, bcoz of a silly clause not mentioned to customers now we can't exchange this is ridiculous companies can do better to inform and educate their customers,
