I bought a Laptop that I sent in for repairs on the 4th of December after numerous problems from the start including sound/volume issues where I was told that it was because there was NO audio driver I received it back on the 5th of February where it literally only worked for a few days & then wouldn’t go past the sign on/welcome page & now that i have a laptop that doesn’t work at all I’m told the warranty has expired
