Take-a-fail

Bought a SnoMaster 15kg ice maker. Had to sent it back 3 times because the product had a lot of deep scratches on it... Called call center to no avail. Left comments on the return form... No response... Really bad customer service from them... Won't be using them anytime soon. Eventually asked for a refund and bought from another store.
