Takalot.........from excellent to Pathetic

Ordered a quality Cadac portable gas cooker but instead received a broken No name Knock-off wrapped up in cling wrap to keep the broken parts from falling off. I returned the item and received credit, But then the total amount of credit was used on MTN Airtime vouchers, witch I did not order, currently trying to get hold of customer care, but there is no answer............
