Takalot - zero cusotmer service

I ordered a mascara and pencil combo and recieved a pool brush. I did the return and am still waiting for a shopping assistant to assist. I have used Takalot a lot in the past and am sad that I can no longer trust the online retailer. This is the first time I have experienced this but once is enough to for me to never return to Takealot again.
