Takalot warrantees means nothing

Takealot returns team are non-existant. I bought 4 solar lights end of last year. I only installed to test it first. At first it worked great but after a month it started fading and it only got worse up to a point were it barely made any light. I decided to return the product as it was still under warrantee. After returning the product the return got straight out rejected. Today 10days later I still dont have an answer as to why nor do I have the products back in my possession. I have reached out to takealot team several times but my emails are just ignored.
