Takalot UNBELIEVABLE

Being a seller on Takealot has been a nightmare. My products arent even visible on their site yet the debit my account every month and I can't stop it. I have spent the entire day trying to reach somebody. Nobody gets back to you. Nobody answers the phone. I sat for 20 minutes until I hung up.

Do you think I would even get a response to this complaint.
