Takalot sells used products

Bought a brand new Dell i7 laptop today and was very exited when collecting it. First red flag for me was that the item came in just a plastic paper bag inside a laptop bag. This was placed in a box inside another box(No original box of laptop. Secondly the laptop is full of scratches and scuff marks and looks like dust/dandruff on keyboard and screen. This is clearly a used laptop that Takalot sold!!! Where is the quality checks from your suppliers??? This is a disgrace and unacceptable!!!
